    • Beginners – 10-week courses to get women from 0k to 5k using a range of training techniques
    • Kick Start – aimed at women who can run 5k and wish to improve to 10k
    • Half Marathon Training – suitable for women who can already run 5 miles in around 1 hour and want to train to run a half marathon.
